Shannon Haddaway is a Certified Integral Coach from the New Ventures West coaching school. Her calling in life is to help others find their thrive to live in a manner in which they feel most alive. Shannon loves working with women seeking purpose and balance during life transitions. Through her coaching, she helps empower women to create meaningful change by merging their minds, hearts and bodies through customized programs.
Shannon’s passion for learning is what inspires her to continually take classes all over the country from master instructors. Shannon stays active in the New Ventures West coaching community by serving as a mentor coach to students going through the program, as well as attending workshops and classes to deepen her coaching skills. Additionally, she is certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness.

Through the New Ventures West coaching school, Shannon completed a rigorous, intensive training to become a certified Integral Coach. Additionally, she is a member of and certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Shannon knows firsthand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck and without purpose. Several years ago, Shannon thought she had everything she had ever wanted. Over time, however, she realized she was miserable and confused. She had no idea what she wanted to do with her life and knew she needed help to move forward. Through working with an Integral Coach, Shannon gained the skills and confidence to transform her life. It was through this transformation that she developed a passion for helping others become their best selves.

How long is the coaching process?
An average coaching commitment is 10-12 sessions over a 12-24 week period and includes assignments and practices.
What happens between coaching sessions?
You work on your assignments and practices. Shannon supports you through frequent interactions to remain on track, answer your questions and ensure you are moving forward with your coaching program.
